Lebanese Immigrant Visa Applicants Effective August 1, 2006, Lebanese immigrant visa applicants who have a petition pending in either the United States or at Embassy Beirut should contact the United States Embassy in Athens, Greece, at the e-mail address below to request that their case be processed by Embassy Athens: Athens-IV-Lebanon@state.gov Embassy Damascus is unable to process or transfer cases for Lebanese immigrant visa applicants who have a petition already filed and pending in either the United States or with Embassy Beirut.
